1. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) 

A multiple listing service (MLS) is a database of ALL publicly available properties either for rent or sale in the Northern Virginia area. When we list your home we add all of the details (pictures, bedroom count, bathroom count, amenities, and additional information showcasing your home). Agents have the ability to search through the database to find homes for their clients and reach out to us! We list over 350 homes a year for rent and know how to market your property to get rented! 

2. National Websites 

The unique thing about the multiple listing service (MLS) is that it is connected to many different real estate websites from Zillow,, and Trulia, to name a few! Information posted on the MLS is taken and then reposted on many different websites. Once we post it on there then it is really that easy. Tenants will then be able to find your home no matter what website they are using! Our leasing department will then be contacted to help schedule a showing. 

3. Marketing Pictures

When marketing homes high quality pictures are taken to ensure the industry standard is met. All of our homes will have high quality pictures and help entice potential tenants to schedule a showing of the home. Our pictures help us rent homes faster. 

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Search engine optimization is the use of different keywords to help with Google Rankings. Ranking at the top of the rankings will help generate traffic to our website and in turn more traffic to your rental property. We have dedicated time, effort, and resources to help ensure our rankings are at the top! 

5. Reputation Management

We want both our tenants and homeowners to be happy with their properties and being ranked highly across all review sites is important to us. Creating and building relations with our tenants helps keep them satisfied with our services and ensures that they are aware we care. 

6. The Rise of Social Media

With the rise of social media and the constant increase of online use, it is important to use it to our advantage. Using the increase of social media we will target more consumers at a faster rate with posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to help find a different audience the MLS may not reach. 

7. How are Vacant Homes Shown? 

Showing vacant homes just became easier with the combo-lock system. This system allows for vacant homes to be shown without an agent, allowing for easier home viewing and potential tenants can work on their time. Without a combo-lock system an agent was needed to show the property. Not only is this time consuming for agents but can also be harder to find a time that works for both parties. The combo-lock system has helped eliminate the middleman of needing an agent to show a property. 

8. Real Estate Agent Commissions
