Have a maintenance request? We REQUIRE that all tenants submit repair requests in writing with the fastest and best method being through the PropertyMeld portal.
After a repair is submitted, all staff members receive a notification of this request via email. There are specific staff members in the office assigned to handle these requests and be our point of contact for all maintenance issues.
Emergency Requests Only
We have a 24 hour answering service that can be used for any after hours or immediate service requests. This service can be reached by calling 703-317-8003. This is meant for emergency calls only. If you have any non-emergency requests please send them throughout PropertyMeld Portal, or call us doing normal office hours.
